What you'll train

Four disciplines. One performance standard.

Hyrox
3 per week

Train specifically for HYROX — the eight-station functional fitness race that combines running with weighted carries, sled work, and rowing. Whether you're racing or just training like one, this is the most direct way to build race-ready conditioning.

Functional Fitness
3 per week

Strength and mobility built around movements you actually use in real life — squats, hinges, presses, carries. Higher technical focus. The foundation everyone should be building.

HIIT Sessions
2 per week

Short, brutal, effective. 60 minutes of high-intensity intervals designed for people who want maximum results from minimum time. Great for those who can only train 2x a week or want to add conditioning between strength days.

FightFit Conditioning
2 per week

Strike-based conditioning for Ability Academy's kickboxing, MMA, and jiu-jitsu students who want to elevate their endurance and conditioning. Combines striking pad work, footwork drills, and combat-specific conditioning. No sparring, no fighting — just the engine that powers fighters.
